Our Delivery and Returns Policy

Deliveries typically take 5-7 working days, depending on the postal system.
If your item is in stock we aim to despatch your order the next working day.
We send all parcels via Royal Mail. Delivery charges are as follows:
- Orders up to £50 will incur a standard devliery fee of £5.99.
- Orders over £50 (after any applicable discounts) will be entitled to free delivery.
Unfortunately we are only able to offer delivery to UK addresses.
Please note, minimum spend (before postage) is £5.
We can personally deliver within 6 miles of Clanfield, Hampshire, otherwise all orders will be posted to you and a delivery charge will apply.
I’m afraid that’s not possible to collect from us, unless you are attending an event where we are trading at (please see our events page for the latest dates), in which case ID would be needed to be shown on collection.
If you have any problems or questions regarding a product please get in contact with us so we can resolve any issues that you may have.
If you are contacting us because of a product that has been delivered broken please include photos with your email.
When returning an item please get proof of posting from Royal Mail, Aunty Brin’s Toy Box holds no responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations regrding distance-selling, you have a legal right to a 14 day ‘cooling-off’ period, from the day you receive your goods, in order to change your mind and request a refund. Notification of your decision to return the goods must be made in writing within these 14 days.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. If an item is being returned because it arrived broken on delivery, it must be returned in the original packaging for inspection, if it is found to be defective a refund will be made. The consumer is liable for all return postage costs.
